Installation Protocol

Installation protocol is a form intended for use by our Distributors to feedback our instruments installation conditions, containing data such as installation date, tasks performed and if all materials were present as expected.
According to our Service & Support Policy, for each installed analyzer an installation protocol must be filled and submitted. Otherwise, warranty may be not valid.
Please kindly remember to fill the form after each installation of our device.
