About Cormay Diagnostics

Research and Development Department of Cormay Diagnostics is located in Lublin, Poland. Our company connects inside R&D team scientists and specialists from different fields – biotechnology, biology, chemistry, immunochemistry. The role of the R&D department is to keep our business competitive. The R&D Department is focused mainly on the development of new diagnostic photometric tests and the development of new clinical chemistry and hematology analysers. All the projects are carried out in close collaboration with Product Management and the Strategic Projects team.

Our goal is to meet the needs of both external and internal customers. The foundations on which we rely and we strive to constantly develop are: quality, timeliness, safety. We strongly believe that the improvement of these three pillars is exactly what our clients expect. To understand how we are organized as 4 mutually driving process wheels: 1 - customer orders and their needs, 2 - production and material needs planning, 3 - standardized order process, 4 - constant improvement. That connects the production department with other parts of the organization, transferring all changes, innovations, needs and arranging them into new processes. We always look first and foremost on the good of the client and the organization.

Quality Assurance Department is essential for ensuring that IVD products are manufactured to a safe and consistent standard. QA is a very broad field that refers to any aspect that may affect a product's quality during its research, development, manufacturing, and sales phases.

We make sure that the entire process of logistics is maintained and developed in accordance with the business goals of the comapny and customer satisfaction. Our process includes storage, distribution, warehousing, transportation managing, tracking delivery of goods. It includes a complete process of planning, managing, controlling and coordination to make sure that our customeres receive their orders at the right time and in a safe condition.
