MYTHIC 18 VET hematology analyzer determines the cellular elements in a blood sample with the impedance technique. The 3-DIFF complete blood count analysis assures the measurement of 18 animal blood parameters. The analysis is performed with MYTHIC 18 VET M-PACK. Fully functional reagents’ kit, consisting of: • Diluent – the isotonic solution used to sample dilution and measurement of haemoglobin blank. • Lysing reagent - erythrocyte lysing agent to allow the measurement of the haemoglobin, counting and differentiation of the white blood cells. • Cleaner - cleaning solution, used to wash and keep the measuring system of MYTHIC 18 VET analyzer clean.
The specification was based on data determined on selected analyzers. We recommend that all users should refer to the instruction for use (IFU) and instruments’ user or service manuals before proceeding.
