The urinalysis is conducted to detect clinical conditions connected with elevated concentrations of chemical compounds in urine. Regular urinalysis is used to screen status of the kidneys and liver function, as an aid to diagnosis of urinary tract infections, diabetes and acid-base balance. Uri-Tex is the semiautomatic Urine Chemistry Analyzer to be used with Cormay Urinalysis Strips. This intelligent image analyzer locates the strip and the pads, reads the colour data, and based on these determines the parameter values. Intuitive device operation makes analysis easy and allows for fast determination of multiple chemical compounds in urine.
